• Traffic Investigator - 14 years.  Daily interaction with the Civilian Parking Control supervisor for training and mentoring on parking and municipal code enforcement
• Initiated and completed the staff study leading to civilian processing of parking citations after citations were removed from the municipal courts.
• Negotiated and implemented the City's first citation processing contract
